Whether you're a future creator or have been a member of the Creator Program for years, there are some common questions you might have about our program. Today we give you the answers!

How do I join?

How long will it take to be approved?

On average new applications get responses within 5 days, but the wait can extend up to 2 weeks.

Important: if you sent an application and didn't receive a copy of it to your email, then we had an issue with your email address. Check if it's correct and that your inbox isn't full, then apply again after fixing the issues.

What are the criteria to become an official video creator?

We have the following requirements for video creators:

  • Have at least 5,000 combined views on your Hero Wars: Alliance videos on any platform.
  • Have a significant portion of your channel's recent videos be dedicated to Hero Wars: Alliance.
  • Publish at least 2 Hero Wars: Alliance videos every month.

Where should I publish videos?

We primarily work with YouTube and TikTok video creators. But if you make livestreams on Twitch or Instagram/Facebook reels, we can consider your application too.

Of course, if you are on several platforms at once, that's even better!

I don't meet the criteria, can I still join somehow?

We recommend that you focus on growing your audience! Don't give up, every effort counts!

If you make videos, we have helpful tips on how to make Hero Wars: Alliance videos and grow your audience faster.

One you meet the criteria or when you're very close to doing so, feel free to send us your application!

I don't make regular content, can I join?

Maybe! It depends on what you make. It won't hurt to take a chance and send us an application.

Do I have to make videos about Hero Wars: Alliance only?

No, your channel doesn't have to solely focus on our game. But enough of your new videos should be about Hero Wars: Alliance.

Are there any materials I can use to make content?

Yes, you can use in-game assets and music for your creations; some of them can be found in our official Fan Kit.

I just joined! Where are my gifts?

Welcome! đź‘‹ Glad you're with us.

Our team will soon notice your arrival and make your membership official. This comes with the activation of your Valkyries' Favor. Your monthly rewards will arrive on the 1st of each month. Your premium battle pass will arrive on the 1st day of each season.

Do you only work with video creators?

Our Creator Program focuses on Video creators, as they get more bonuses and better benefits, but it is not limited to them. We recognize other types of prominent community members:

  • Community admins run a fan community about Hero Wars: Alliance. Communities host news, chats, guides, and other game-related activity! We have the following requirements for community admins:
    • Have at least 400 community members or followers.
    • The community needs to be at least 3 months old.
    • Your should have at least one English-speaking admin to stay in touch with our team.
  • Guide authors write, well… guides about Hero Wars: Alliance! We like them full of information, screenshots or other visual guides. We have the following requirements for guide authors:
    • Have at least 5 published guides with at least 400 views each.
    • All guides should've been published within the last 3 months.
    • Readers should have an unrestricted access to your guides.
  • Tool makers assemble useful bots or smart websites that help others play smart, not hard! From calculators to glossaries of all the information about the game to AI-enabled bots that suggest 5 strongest heroes that are most likely to defeat a specific opponent. We have the following requirements for tool makers:
    • Discord bots need to be installed in at least 10 servers.
    • Other tools need to have at least 400 unique monthly users.
    • Your tool needs to be up to date (no outdated information or functionality) and receive updates at least once every 2 months.

We also support authors of fanart, cosplay, crafts, and other creative works! They can receive rewards for each work and get featured in our communities. If that's about you, you can submit your works here.
